At SEW HAPPY CROSS STITCH COMPANY, we want you to be completely happy with the service we provide.

 

 

The service we provide is as follows:

 

  • We will keep our website up to date and will showcase all our available products

  • We will support our customers and visitors to the site with useful tips along with some helpful clips showing how to complete some parts of the products.

  • Once we receive your order, we will dispatch within 3 working days.

  • We will inform you if there are any delays with your order

  • We use Royal Mail, 2nd class postage in a DO NOT FOLD envelope.

  • Your credit card information is handled by ‘Worldpay’.  We do not ever have access to your actual card payment details.

  • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed

  • We will send you an additional email when your order is despatched.

  • We will follow our privacy policy to protect any personal data.
