Returns policy – January 2021

 



At SEW HAPPY CROSS STITCH COMPANY, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us and to feel confident that you can return an unsuitable item. For this reason, we offer a 30-day returns option to our customers.

All we request is that you send the product back in its original packaging and that the product is in the same unused condition as when you received it.

To return an item, please email us at sales@seweasycrossstitch.com  and let us know your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for returning.


 

Who pays the postage on returned items?

 

If you return something due to it being unsuitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

If you return something due to it being faulty, we will refund the carriage cost.

We recommend you use a registered delivery service to cover you against loss.


Once we have received the item, we will refund within 10 working days.
