We are a UK based company and prices are shown in pounds.
Customer Support and Service
You can contact us by telephone on 07591 582366 (+44 (0) 07951 582366 outside the UK) during office hours. These are 10:00 to 15:00 GMT. Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. You can contact us by email at sales@sewhappycrossstitch.com We aim to respond to emails during office hours within a few hours. Emails sent outside of office hours will take longer.
Delivery Charge
We use Royal Mail, 2nd class delivery for all UK orders. Delivery is included in the price of UK orders.
We use Royal Mail International for deliveries outside the UK. Delivery charge is itemised separately. Europe is £3. Rest of the world, £4.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email within a couple of minutes once your order is confirmed. No contract for supply exists between Sew Happy Cross Stitch and the customer until the despatch of goods.
Payment
Payment for products is through our secure online system. We accept most credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We will not share your details with any third party.

The information that we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct immediately.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing materials at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the top or bottom of each email we send.

Security
Industry-standard SSL encryption is used during the collection of your personal information. This reasonably ensures that any third parties cannot intercept your information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is free from any viruses and harmful applications.
Your credit card details are NOT transmitted to or stored on our server. Worldpay securely handles these details.
Cancellation of Orders
Customers may cancel or return orders in their unopened and original condition. We will refund the purchase price within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
If the item is returned because it is faulty or we have made an error in our processing of your order we will additionally refund the cost of the return postage. If you are returning an order because you have changed your mind then you will be responsible for the return postage. Please use recorded delivery for your own protection.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Sew Happy Cross Stitch Company until paid for in full.
Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint please contact us through, sales@sewhappycrossstitch.com . We will respond to the complaint within 2 working days. Following that, we may require further time to investigate your complaint. We will keep in contact with you regularly during this time and will endeavour to resolve any issues. We will handle complaints fairly and in confidence.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms of this documentation.
